If you are looking to submit a final report for a grant given in 2023 by the Irene W. and C.B. Pennington Foundation, please see the template below. The Irene W. and C.B. Pennington Foundation requires a final report to be completed and submitted no later than a year from the date the grant was awarded, which is listed on your award letter and contract. Upon completion, please email the report to presley@penningtonfamilyfoundation.org. If you have any other questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out.
For grants given in 2024 by the Pennington Family Foundation, the reporting process is linked through the application site which you can find on this website under the Grants Center page. The timeline follows the same as previous years with the exception that mid-term reports are no longer required, and if your organization received a grant for an event or sponsorship, the final report is due 30 days from the date of completion of the event. You will need to log in to the application site through your organization or administrator’s log in information in order to complete the final report.
