Louisiana Art & Science Museum’s 39th Annual Gala: Party in the Valley of the Kings
On Friday, October 4th, 2024, the Louisiana Art & Science Museum successfully hosted their 39th Annual Gala themed “Party in the Valley of the Kings” in order to raise money to enhance the museum and its future renovations. Among these renovations is LASM’s four-phase capital improvement campaign contributing to the STEAM Lab, STEAM Studio, and the Discovery Depot, which works to creatively engage young children in a variety of ways, including classes, programs, chemistry experiments, birthday parties, river dynamics explorations, and so much more! The Pennington Family Foundation is proud to be a Gala Cleopatra Sponsor and long-term partner in all of the amazing work that is conducted every single day at the Museum for the betterment of our Baton Rouge community and all the citizens of Louisiana. The gallery below features pictures from the 39th Annual Gala, the Irene W. Pennington Planetarium, the STEAM Lab and Studio, and LASM’s new exhibit Discoveries on the Nile: Exploring King Tut’s Tomb and the Amin Egyptian Collection.

Back to School at Emerge!
Here are a few sweet snaps from the first month of therapy and school here at Emerge. The children are adjusting nicely to the new year and knowing that the Pennington family has been a huge part of that success through the years absolutely warms my heart. Thank you for helping to make moments like these possible!
Emerge’s 10th Annual Solid Gold Gala
